Stacking the Shelves for the week of March 30, thru April 5, 2014
Stacking The Shelves is a fun way to show off the books we received over the past week in the hopes that you will find something that you will be interested in reading. As always, it is in no way, shape, or form to be considered bragging or sticking out our tongues at other bloggers.
I personally enjoy reading comments from those that stop by and support Gizmo's Reviews and I make every effort to comment and visit back your blog in return.
A pretty uneventful week even with it being my BIRTHDAY which sorry to say, was about as boring as its been in the last 10 years because I was laid up with a pretty ugly stomach ache. I had pretty much tossed this week aside as not worth talking about until my library notified me that there was a few books for me to pick up, and NG auto-approved a title for me.
On with the show! Thank you Harlequin Mira, DAW/Penguin, & Gallery Books!

ReplyDeleteRed Rising sounds so good, I need to buy it from somewhere asap. :) Great haul - enjoy your books and have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteSorry your Birthday week was so crummy. That goes against laws of order, I think! I remember on my 16th birthday, Sweet 16 on the 16th, a double special birthday, I had an awful cold. Yeah, not fun times...
ReplyDeleteBut at least you got some pretty awesome books out of it all! Hope you can have a better makeup birthday that's much more enjoyable! Tell people there is such thing! ;)
My STS will be up tomorrow, so be sure to stop by then!
Have a GREAT day!

ReplyDeleteI'm only 1 book into Gini Koch's series and I thought it was fun. I tried to tell my book club what it was about it they looked at me like I had 2 heads :-)

Great haul! I love the look of Red Rising, want to read that one myself. The Finisher looks really great, I've never seen that cover before. I hope you enjoy your books :) My STS.

I've read The Finisher and really loved it. It took me about 100 pages to really get into the story but the pages just flew by after that.
ReplyDeleteI'm Stacking My Shelves with books you might not have heard of...
Happy birthday!!
