Stacking the Shelves for the week of June 15 thru June 21, 2014
Stacking The Shelves is a fun way to show off the books we received over the past week in the hopes that you will find something that you will be interested in reading. As always, it is in no way, shape, or form to be considered bragging or sticking out our tongues at other bloggers.
If you've been following this blog for any length of time, thank you! Today, (June 21st, 2014) marks my THREE year anniversary of blogging! WOO HOO!! At times, it has been a struggle to do this all without any assistance, but I have somehow managed through blood, sweat, tears, depression, and definite mood swings, to make it this far.
I would love to do a giveaway to honor of my three years. Perhaps I might even award one lucky commentator their choice of (1) book of their choice. In fact, please feel free to leave a comment about my blog, the books I've been allotted this week, a review I have posted this week, or what you are most excited to read this summer, and I'll randomly pick a winner. Good Luck to everyone!

ReplyDeleteThank you, Cat!
DeleteHappy blogoversary! I think I'm onto my third... ish. I had a break from blogging for a while so I'm not sure if to just count it from when I started! That would make it 4 years in October I think.
ReplyDeleteSome seriously amazing covers here, I think my favourite is The Book Of Life, the font is lovely even if the green reminds me of a Disney villian!

YAY! Happy Blogoversary!!! Can't believe it's been 3 years! Feels like longer! I feel like I've known my blogging pals forever really! Even after my first year of blogging which was pretty dark! The crickets were definitely chirping that year!
ReplyDeleteGreat haul too!! I need to start Harkness' books! I have the first two and the third is ordered. I plan to start the first one at least very soon! And ooooh 6th Grave!! Love Darynda Jones! And Tiger Lily! OMG! That read was just amazing! I loved it in its entirety!
Hope you enjoy all these new lovelies!
My STS will be up tomorrow, so be sure to stop by then!

I've read Tiger Lily and really liked it. I also got The Bodies We Wear for review this week, and I am super excited to read it. I've enjoyed her previous books so I'm hoping this one will be just as good.

ReplyDeleteCongrats on such a big milestone!!!! :) :) :) You have an amazing haul this week too, I didn't realise they had put The Naturals sequel up for review already, might have to grab that one. The Bodies We Were and The 100 Society really intrigue me, very tempted to try those two. I hope you have a great reading week and enjoy all of your new additions :) Here's my STS.

ReplyDeleteI snagged The Book of Life too in an attempt to finally force myself into reading Shadow of Night. lol The Bodies We Wear sounds GOOD. Looking forward to reading your thoughts! And oooh Charley! Happy Reading, Shelley!
I was on the fence about downloading The Bodies We Wear, but in the end I decided to pass. Unless I really want it, I am trying to resist the e-galleys these days. I am still so far behind. If you like it, I might change my mind.
