Hello my dears! Thanks for Shopping by!
I know some of you are shaking your head at my header, but it's been that sort of week for me. I have come to accept that I am never going to attend BEA, RT, or any other convention as long as I am on disability and have no other discretionary monies left over at the end of the month. No whining. Just the facts of life. It's too bad that publishers/conventions wouldn't offer a sort of Blogger grant so that us poor folk can attend. Anyway! Another pretty good week! Hope you find something you like!
Have a great weekend!
~Shelley~

I will probably never be able to attend BEA or any other big convention either. I'm able bodied but the money and free time will probably never happen. :(
ReplyDeleteLooks like you've got a great haul to keep you busy. I hope you enjoy them!
Stacy Renee @ Lazy Day Literature
Hi Stacy! Yeah, I agree about the money. First you have to pay for your registration. Then you have to find your way there most likely flying. Then you have to pay for a hotel from for at least 4 days. Then, how do you get your books home? Probably have to use FedEx or UPS to send them there.
DeleteYou got some amazing books this week. I wasn't aware that there was another Vamp City novel out. I will have to get that one now. (Thanks)... I didn't go to BEA this year, as if it aint in NY or on the east coast, it's not worth it to me.
ReplyDeleteGrace @ Books of Love
Hi Grace! Yeah, the Vamp City novel is the supposed conclusion to the series. Had to order it from my library.
DeleteI really want to read Nemisis. I bought The Rose and The Dagger last week! Enjoy your books! STS
ReplyDeleteOooh this is an awesome haul. Lots of books here to add to my list. Hope you enjoy!
