#Stacking the Shelves / Bought, Borrowed & Bagged # 48

Stacking The Shelves is all about sharing the books you are adding to your shelves, may it be physical or virtual. This means you can include books you buy in physical store or online, books you borrow from friends or the library, review books, gifts and of course ebooks!

Bought Borrowed and Bagged is all about the latest additions to your library – virtual or actual, with books that are  bought, borrowed, won or ARCs  you will be reading soon. Bought Borrowed and Bagged is a homage to to Barron’s Books and Baubles from Karen Marie Moning’s amazing Fever series, and is hosted by Braine over at Talk Supe.

Thanks for Shopping by!

Hello everyone! Only 4 books this week! WOOT! I'm totally down with that since my reading is going to take a back seat next week. Why? Well, let's just say that my mom has to fly down from NY to FL to be here when I go under the knife to fix a ruptured hernia. If you believe in prayers, I could definitely use a bit of help. Thanks!

Quote of the Week:
You can never visit the same place twice. Each time, it’s a different story. By the very act of coming back, you wipe out what came before.
Have a great weekend!
Shelley

  1. OOh nice! I really enjoyed Windwitch and am so excited for Carve the Mark! I was thrilled when I heard Veronica had a new book out! I was afraid she was done with writing after her movie deal, however unfortunate that last one turned out. :(

Hope you enjoy your new reads!

My STS will be up tomorrow, so stop by then if you can!

    Have a GREAT day!

  2. Yay. Awesome haul of books. I see that we both got Midnight Curse. I had gotten the Carve the Mark and Windwitch in previous weeks.

  4. "Only" four books is good! I have you beat - I got three this week, and all were unsolicited, so I'm not going to touch any of them unless I really want to. To be fair, one of them I've already read.

I had mixed feelings about Carve the Mark! It's definitely as problematic as we know people say it is, but it's also an intriguing story. I liked Windwitch overall but didn't like the lack of certain things. o_o I hope you enjoy all of your new books!

Have a fabulous weekend, Shelley. =)

    Check out my STS post!
