#Stacking the Shelves # 260 - Week Ending 10/21/2017

Stacking The Shelves is all about sharing the books you are adding to your shelves, may it be physical or virtual. This means you can include books you buy in physical store or online, books you borrow from friends or the library, review books, gifts and of course ebooks!

Thanks for Shopping by!

This week I finally answer the question;

HOW DO YOU READ SO MANY BOOKS?!?!

Easy Peasy. If you follow me on Goodreads, or even on this blog, you'll notice that I've averaged about 350 books a year for the past 6 years. That also means that I've gone 6 years without not finishing a book. I can review 6 books a week, because I am unable to work due to reasons that are way too personal. So, I choose to read and review books for a living even though I'm not getting paid. I dare say that if I were go get paid, I would happily blog for 10 more years. Reading is my escapism. I prefer books to watching or listening to the news. I hope that answers your question!

Have a fantastic weekend!
Shelley

  3. Renegades looks so good!

    I have a follow up question to your answer though...How long, on average, does it take you to read a book? I'm always curious about that with people that average almost one book read a day.

    Have a great weekend. - Katie

  12. It's been a while since I read good YA horror story. Hunting Prince Dracula by Kerri Maniscalo , never heard of it, but the title alone makes me want to read it.

  13. Yeah, that does answer the question! If you mostly just read, that makes sense that you accomplish so much :) I took part in Dewey's yesterday, so one day? Two books :) I'm glad you can do something awesome with your time.
    Have a great week :)
