Feature & Follow Friday # 24

Gain New Blog Followers

Q: Christmas in July! Someone gives you a gift card for two books (whatever that costs). What two books will you buy?
My Answer:
There are so many to choose from. I literally have over 1,000 books on my TBR
folder right now! However, I would probably choose the following books:

Both of these books have been on my recent Waiting On Wednesday feature.
The Friday Society sounds really, really good, while Alien vs Alien looks
to be another seriously wicked story by Gini Koch.

Those are my choices, what are yours?

I would love if you would leave commentary bellow with your linkage.
I also love new followers and will automatically follow you right back!

Have a great Friday!

Welcome to my third Feature and Follow!
I'd love to see your comments and pictures in response to this question:

Q: Activity!!! Take a picture or describe where you love to read the most..

I don't currently have a camera, so, my favorite spot to read is in my recliner with the radio playing the 80's in the background. I was going to say the beach, but I spend more time at home than I do there!

Q: I like unique names for characters and am looking forward to coming up with some when I start writing. What's the most unique character name you've come across?

A: I love the names Annabelle Lee from Dead on the Delta, Annya from Rogue Angel series, Kaylee from Soul Screamers, Tucker also from Dead on the Delta. Let's not forget Sirantha Jax, Calliope Reaper-Jones, Mercedes Thompson, and Alexia Tarabotti. Honestly, this is just the tip of the iceburg!

Follow Friday Feature

Follow Friday is a meme hosted by  Parajunkee and Allison Can Read, that allows you to meet new bloggers and make new followers.

Q. What would you prefer: reading your favorite book over and over again until you got sick of it OR reading 100s of mediocre books? And why?

A. I have approximately 40 authors that I follow on a regular basis and last year I read nearly 500 books some were god awful, some were amazingly good. The authors I follow normally come out with 1-2 books a year depending on their contractual obligations. My tastes are eclectic ranging from Urban Fantasy, to Mystery, to Thriller, to Historical Romances. If I come across a so called mediocre book, I won't hesitate to drop the series and move onto something alot better.
